Letter to the Association of British Insurers

On 22 May 2017 we wrote to the Association of British Insurers (ABI) to seek their support in encouraging insurance companies to help their clients make use of the Apology Clause.

In reply, the ABI said that they did not consider this a priority.

Apologies matter
